Your tasks
- Client. Acquisition of new customers and successful further development of the existing key account network.
- Industry. Develop meaningful, strategic relationships with select key accounts in the Industry, Logistics & Office sectors.
- Solution. Collaboration across departments to develop customized solutions to integrate customer needs into SITECO's products and services portfolio.
- Negotiation. Lead successful sales and contract negotiations.
- Account Management. Creation of key account plans, for targeted, strategic and company-wide customer approach & participation in customer events and trade shows.
- Owning responsibility for budget and reporting and implement measures to achieve goals and increase customer satisfaction.

This is you
- Training. Degree or training with electrical/automation engineering, commercial or comparable focus.
- Experience. Sales experience in the lighting and/or service industry preferably with existing network in the end customer sector.
- Personality. Ability to thrive, influence and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment - multitasking and prioritizing while meeting deadlines.
- Team. Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team with positive, winning communication.
- Knowledge. Deep operational understanding of key account organizations and the linkages between different distribution channels in the lighting industry.
- Language. Fluency in English and German - any other language is an advantage.
- Travel. Willingness to travel internationally for business.
